The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The air conditioner was pleasantly quiet, making our stay comfortable and restful.

newly renovated floor, convenient location, indoor and outdoor pools
Paid a fortune for a junior presidential suite that offered little value!!! Cleanliness needs addressing, with questionable bedding and missing towels!!! Consider adding toiletries to enhance guest experience!!! Truly disappointing for a supposedly premium offering!!!

we had a fantastic time at the courtyard. the location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions and some great dining options. our junior presidential suite was nicely renovated with modern amenities, like usb plugs. the breakfast buffet at the keg was a great addition, too. definitely felt valued as guests!

Recommend it for families looking for a good time
We had a room that was large and spotless, perfect for the family. The service at the front desk was great, friendly enough that you'd think they cared about us, and even helped with our luggage. They paid attention, knew exactly what we needed and it felt like they were on our side. Which is not something you find everywhere.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know sometimes you pay for quality, right?

Exceptional Stay with Fantastic Service!
We enjoyed a 2-night stay in the Junior Presidential Suite, where the staff truly impressed us, especially Sayed who answered all our questions before arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was a treat after a long day. Breakfast at the hotel was a great deal—worth trying! Highly recommend hitting up the Keg for a delicious steak served in-room.

The hotel is just a short stroll from the entertainment district, making it so convenient. Our room, a lovely junior presidential suite, was spacious with comfy beds and even had a jetted tub that the kids enjoyed a lot.
My kids wished the hot tub was working. It would be great to have a warmer pool area since we spent less time there than we hoped. Also, a complimentary breakfast would have made our stay feel even more family-friendly.

I had a lovely stay where I enjoyed the relaxing whirlpool tub and the cozy fireplace in the room. The indoor and outdoor pools were great spots to unwind after a day out. The only downside was that I wish the TV channels were clearer, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for a nice getaway! 😊

comfortable rooms , but some areas need improvement
The room had a nice city view that we truly appreciated. The air conditioning worked efficiently, providing a cool retreat from the summer heat. The staff was polite and attentive during our check-in.
The chlorinated smell from the swimming pool was distracting.

More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

The breakfast omelette station was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
The shower wouldn't drain properly, making it frustrating to use.

missingWrote a review on Jul 14spacious roomfriendly stafflimited accessible parkingstaff disregard
The room was spacious with two picture windows and very clean, showcasing an excellent location. Enjoyed the homemade ice cream and found the staff friendly. A frustrating issue arose when my room was double booked, causing scare for my kids. Also, accessible parking was an issue for travelers with disabilities, as non-disabled guests occupied designated spots without consequence.
